Counseling with Breakwater North is available through one of two pathways. If desiring to use health insurance, counseling is provided through partnership with Discover You Counseling. If you are seeking counseling without using your insurance, counseling can be provided through BetterHelp Online Therapy.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment during daytime hours on most weekdays. All sessions are provided telehealth, virtually from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Current insurances accepted through Discover You Counseling include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Complete, Cigna, Optum, Priority Health, Medicaid, McLaren, UMA, Aetna, and Meridian.
Self-pay is also an option at a session fee of $90/hour session.
Discover You also participates with Open Path Collective.
